Discovery
We start on a call to learn the event, then do our own homework. What you want the day to feel like, how the room should look, and a hard read on the venue, its power capacity, and what's actually possible in the space.
Proposal And Site Visit
You get a quote built around what you want and what the venue can deliver. Once we're locked in, we walk the space together, finalize placement, and catch anything the room might throw at us.
Build And Tune
From here we run planning, logistics, and setup, plus as many consultations as it takes to stay on the same page. Most companies dodge meetings. We ask for them. On setup day, we tune the audio and dial in every display until it's clean.
Showtime
Your event goes live. We run the timeline cue by cue and keep sound, lighting, and entertainment synced from the first guest to the last call.
