An 'All That Glitters' Diwali Ball staged across two of The Lotte New York Palace's signature spaces. The evening opened in the historic courtyard with a candlelit cocktail reception under glowing autumn trees, custom cabana bars, and branded backdrops, then moved inside to the grand ballroom beneath its crystal chandeliers. There, a pleated drape stage, a mirrored DJ booth, line-array stacks, warm theatrical lighting, and a custom reflective dance floor carrying the event's name turned a landmark hotel into a glittering, single-themed room. One in-house crew handled the staging, audio, lighting, and scenic build across both spaces, with a clean load-in and a discreet strike around a full evening program.
