An elegant golf-club ballroom wedding for Riley and Dylan, transformed from a sunlit afternoon setup into a saturated evening celebration. The head-table stage centered on a custom illuminated 'R & D' monogram DJ podium reading 'Riley and Dylan · 09.27.25', flanked by towering floral installations that climbed the bay windows overlooking the course. As the night fell, the room shifted into deep blue and magenta uplighting that washed the coffered walls and an ornate chandelier, while a low floral runner ran the length of the stage above the dance floor. One in-house crew handled the staging, full uplighting design, line-array tower speakers, and a Pioneer DJ booth, tuned for a clean first dance and a packed floor, with a smooth load-in and discreet strike.
