A flanking line-array system was tuned for clear, even speech across every table, with a branded podium for the formal program and warm ceiling uplighting layered in to dress the room. One in-house crew handled the staged riser build, the video content, the audio for speeches and presentations, and the transition into a full dance floor, with a clean load-in and a discreet strike around a packed evening program.
